كيك عيد ميلاد

The beginning of a happy week, my friends I will start this week with Ginwaz for the cake that I used on my children's birthday I will write the amounts in batches because they are a bit big
Four large ginawas and two small ones were used for the cake, but there was a difference in quantity
Adult Ingredients
8 eggs
150 g sugar
250 g chocolate
350 g flour
method
Soak the eggs with sugar until it becomes like ice
Add the melted chocolate and flour in the latter with stirring from the bottom to the bottom so as not to drop the mixture and then into the oven directly

بداية اسبوع سعيدة رفاقي سأبدأ هذا الأسبوع ب جينواز لكيك الذي إستعملته في عيد ميلاد ابنائي سأكتب المقادير على دفعات لانها كبيرة بعض الشيء
إستعملت للكيك اربع جينوازات إثنان كبار و إثنان صغار نفس المقادير لكن إختلاف في الكمية
المقادير الكبار
8بيضات
150غ سكر
250غ الشوكولا
350غ الدقيق
طريقة
نطرب البيض مع السكر حتى يصبح مثل الثلج
ونضيف له الشوكولا المذابة و الدقيق في الاخير مع التحريك من الفوق إلى التحت حتى لا ينزل الخليط وبع ذالك إلى الفرن مباشرة
