Starting with "why" to improve your mortgage business!
When originating mortgage loans you should ask yourself "why" "Why do I do what I do for a living?"
Then create a answer that fits your style and highlights your skill sets the best.
Everyone has a place in the mortgage industry.
for instance, when I found out that my personality was more suited to originate loans rather than process or do the many task have to take place after the initial application two things happened. 1. I stated to enjoy my occupation more 2.I could clearly define my "why" My "why" is to challenge the status quo of how originators originate loans from (pre-quilification/funding) loans to a more (educational/informational) approach to reduce any and all anxiety involved with obtaining or restructuring mortgage debt.
