"Bananarama-Day..." - Motivation Moment #44

How do you begin each day?

Some begin with Stillness and Meditation, others practice Movement exercises, whilst others may eat a Bountiful Breakfast after a Brisk Walk or Workout at the Gym. I guess to each is own.

I begin each day with a short Prayer, then a big gulp my first liquid (water). It is said that this should be done even before brushing your teeth as the enzymes in your mouth overnight is beneficial to you. I don’t ever begin my day with a Coffee, because it is a stimulant that may give you a nice high (then dip) which can be addictive if done on a regular basis.

I next take some Coconut Oil (for the MCT), then a mouthful of Manuka Honey. Then perhaps move on to some sort of Fruits for the day. If I am on the move like today, then a nice BANANA will suit perfectly.

Bananas are a perfect balance of carbs, vitamins and minerals... that our body needs, especially when eaten in the daytime. You should avoid having Bananas too late in the evening, as it may not be too good for you then.

Why is ALL this key for Motivation?

Daily Rituals or Habits are Powerful and many successful Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs believe this helps them stay on TOP of their game.

And here's my 7 Daily Grinds that will Strengthen and Build your Resilience as you Hustle through Life;
1. Pray / Meditate at least 30 mins a Day :)
2. Practice Deep Breathing (Min. 5 mins, 3 times a Day - Start, Mid, End)
3. Exercise on a Daily Basis (Add a Cheat Day - Sunday to Rest and Recharge)
4. Sleep at least 7 hours a Day (Avoid Oversleeping)
5. Eat Smaller amounts, more regularly and include a Healthy Mix of Greens, Fruits and Grains
6. Give, Add-Value and Bring a Smile to at least One person a day
7. Be Thankful for your Blessings, People (Friends and Family) and recognise the small things in your life
