Breaking the Habit

You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.

Some people want to change but don't know how, others may think it's too hard and settle for complacency, but change is eaiser than you might think because it is right around the corner.
The easiest way to reach the change you seek is through establishing the right habits.

Habits are a part of our daily life.

From periodically checking your phone at work or how you get dressed in the morning, to biting your nails or leaving clutter around the house, both good and bad habits comprise every part of our behavior.

If you want to make a change in your life, weather it is to become more productive or to quit smoking, eat healthier or even just set out with the simple goal of bettering yourself, all structures need a foundation and your life is no different.

If you want to make a big change and make it last, you need to set small goals and manageable habits.

Rome wasn't built in a day, if you want to change try to first establish a new habit.

Start little, make a small change and keep at it.

It usually takes 30 days of continuous effort to establish a good routine.

Habits are not made over night and you will be surprised at the difference one habit can make!

Slowly add new things to the mix and never stop trying to improve yourself.

Become the change you wish to see, because change is not an action...
It's a mindset.

Yeah. I love this post. For sure change is never an act, it's a mindset because you can't act what you've have not developed in you or rather become. One can't give what he or she doesn't have, you can only give what you have and act what you've developed.

You can't keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Change brings change. Great reminder!
