Some people think that Personal Growth is for those who are really bad, for those who have hit bottom and need to resurface, but certainly, one of the best ways to progress and get far in life, is to overcome.
To conquer great triumphs, it is essential to be motivated and have a clear goal and a high head, but once you reach a certain level of success and achieve certain goals, it is necessary to start a process of improvement.
That is to say, a process of progressive self-improvement that allows to take steps towards excellence ever larger.
Of course, all this must be guided by a burning desire or passion, which gives the person reasons to do so.

Motivate yourself and overcome yourself, is important for basically two reasons:

1- It is acquired more and more, a better life.

2.- You learn from mistakes and you always grow.

Not doing it, it simply takes you down a daily, routine and boring path. When we do the same things day after day, for a long time, we wear ourselves out and let go of everything that could shape our dreams.
It is necessary that anyone who wants to achieve great goals, begins a process of self-transformation, to effectively reach success, beginning with a complete reorganization of his mind, his attitudes, his actions and therefore his life.
Finding motivation to work for dreams despite adversity can be a difficult task, especially when we do not have powerful incentives directly.
But sometimes, just look at the future through the eyes of the mind, and imagine what life would be like, having achieved everything that came as a consequence to act today.
It is clear that getting ahead is not all fun, it is clear that being better every day is a great challenge. As well as to mold the metal, it is necessary to melt it at high temperatures, to mold yourself, it will require sacrifice and sometimes pain.
However, just as the metal finally processed can become (not only beautiful, but also) very valuable, the same happens with ourselves after we go through a process of overcoming.
"A sky without clouds can be beautiful, but it would lack the rain that waters the fields so that life flourishes ... A life without challenges can be comfortable, but the triumphs and failures to make sense of existence would be lacking"
Wake up, with your longings forge the world you want to achieve, dream with your eyes open and do not stop dreaming until you turn them into reality.

Succeeding is not random; it is a dependent variable of the effort.
