Discipline is learned. It's a complex behaviour exercised throughout individual's life. Every mindset is different so there is no general health potion that can enhance each one of us. That's why we have to learn on our mistakes and be prepared for history to repeat itself but only once, because the second time it's no longer a repeat but a tragedy. Good article, upvoted. :)
