Stop Trembling Friend, Take Things Calm On Yourself A Little Bit. Worry And Anxiety Will Only Make Matters Worse, It Will Never Make It Get Better.
The main reason why I am writing this post is for a friend who gets worked up for every little thing that happens and that friend might be you or even you.
There are people who get worried easily and it affects their body system negatively, I know of someone who panics so much whenever there is a little drift in the change of things, her temperature begins to rise as she panics, and sometimes she even develops a headache.
One question I keep asking is that, is it possible for everything to always go the way we want?
I am so certain that the answer to that question is a big No because sometimes we are not even certain about if what we wish for is the best thing for our lives.
Most of the time, life gives us what we demand, you want something this way, it works like that for you and you are super excited about it, so why then does it become an issue when things just become a little different for some time.
Take A Look At This Illustration.
You just want 5 pieces of cake and you have 3pieces? you immediately forget the fact that you could make do with the 3 pieces of cake you have and you begin to panic about how to get the remaining 2 pieces of cake you have left.
The time and effort you waste in panicking and getting disturbed about the two pieces of cake you do not have, you would have used that time to make out something meaningful from the three pieces of cake that you have with you.
Worrying and panicking have absolutely nothing to offer, as a matter of fact, it even scatters your system and it renders you totally helpless since we now know that worrying has absolutely nothing to offer, so why the worry my friend?.
whatever it is that you have no power or control over, it is best that you allow it be.
This is very true since you have no power to tame the situation, then it is best that you let it slide.
If only we know how well being calm can help save us from the danger we might get ourselves into, then we will learn to be more calm about any situation or circumstance that we find ourselves in.
I really hope that this short post serves its purpose and it helps us to know how well we should act in certain situations and conditions.

Worrying today makes worrying tommorow even worse.
And one funny thing about worrying is it stops you from taking any action where by it let's play the victim for most of your life.
It's hard to change that mindset in just a week a or two.
It takes time and patience and overcome it but boy, it's worth it.
Worrying does more harm than what we can imagine. It creates fear a lot of times which affects and damage our self-confidence.

Yea,that's so true,worrying affect even your health,like the saying half bread is better than none,so it's good to try and make do with what you have,even if things doesn't go your way,always have hope and trust in God;believe in yourself also and trust your vision and keep moving out in faith and never give up,be patience also,and stop worrying.
It was Mary Hemingway that said "Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything."

Nice piece sire @gbenga, little contribution to this post is, worrying is something we can't stop but our ability to overcome worry is what we should be our focus. Worry and anxiety really makes people act or do things they are not suppose to do. Forget the problem and search for solutions. Always enjoy your motivation post. I wish I could wake up to them every day.
worrying most times ends up compounding our problems and could even result to a serious health challenge,
we should always note that even most of the things we worry are things that we have little or no control over so why then even worry in the first place.
at the end you see that the disadvantage of worry of ways it advantage.
