Everyone having the fear.only difference is most of them were came out from it, and some of us will not ven try to come out from it.
Lets see how to overcome from the fear

Stop
Focus on your breath
Take a breath in (to the quick count of 7 in your mind)
Then slowly breathe out (to the quick count of 11 in your mind)

Two: Get control of your imagination
You need feel that no one is there you the one who make the fear.
So think you are immortal.Make the brain to think differently.

Three:Identify:Get specific about what exactly you’re afraid of

Four:Gratitude. Whenever you feel fear, switch it over to what you are grateful for instead. If you’re afraid of public speaking, be grateful for the opportunity to communicate with so many people, and that they are there to genuinely listen to what you have to say.

Five:Therapy. If you can find a good therapist, therapy can be highly beneficial, even life-changing.

Six:Take Action:you take action and face your fears, they become weaker, because you realize that reality isn’t nearly as bad as your imagination.

Seven: Positivity:What’s a positive outcome to your fear? If you fear of something do it again and again.It will heklp you come over it.

Eight:Understand your triggers: Every fear has its own weakness.ONly thing you need to find out is what its weakness.
then easily you can take over the fear.

Nine:Start seeing fear as an opportunity: Eg.,If you feel a flash of fear about an upcoming deadline or event, make it an opportunity to make a plan of action to get fully prepared

Ten:Its your time be cool and relief you need to feel the inner strength you have.Be a fearless person and be cool and relief
