What is Greatness to you?
To me, it is persevering through the things that we deem impossible, and striving for bigger things than our impossible. The ability to be better. And being better. Striving for better.
Our greatest desire as human beings, the one thing that separates us from the animals, is our need to achieve more. Every other animal on this planet keeps an equilibrium with it's environment, only taking what they need from it. But we, as human beings, crave the desire of expansion. And new horizons. Exhausting our current expansion of all it's resources, and moving on to the next, best thing.
They say you are only as good, as a person, as your last achievement. But I think you can be as good, as what you are going to do next. The Past are only the decisions that you've already made. But the Future is fast, and upcoming. Judge me on my next move, not on the pawn that I sacrificed to get here.
So I'll ask you again: What is Greatness to you; And how far will you go to Achieve It?
