And So, I died a little.

It's been 16 days (I know, gasp!) since my last confession, and to be honest, it's been a struggle to conjure anything remotely productive.
No functioning pc, my mobile is needing an upgrade, and so it is that I find myself working remotely.
A Lot has happened since my last entry.

I haven't been able to submit much to the platform in the way of creativity because I have been outlandishly busy “making it happen”.
I’ve been busy in the studio working on some new music.
I’ve been busy with new companies, organizing different financial packages so curriculum and activities can be centred around different client needs.
I’ve been catching up on sleep, and generally speaking, doing as little as I can so I don't burn out: healthy mind, healthy body, healthy life.
Fact or Fallacy, it works for me.

I work hard for the things I have, though work even harder to keep them. I would not say that I have an easy life, but I would say that I have a good life.
I do what it takes to ensure that my happiness is met, I don't settle for less, and I know how to get what I want.

Yes, there will be times when I feel like giving up and screaming blasphemous words to the heavens, but generally speaking, I'm a pretty happy individual. Sometimes, I just need some rest.

There's times where my strength completely alludes me, as for all good intentions, I have no idea where it comes from, but in my humble opinion, it is better to be overzealous about something than it is to be unexcited about your life.

In all honesty, I'm quietly anticipating the year's demise, in what seems to be a mere 3 months away.

Incidentally, a fortnight can feel like an entire lifetime. Strangely enough, in some ways, it has been.

Some days, I wish I could sleep all day. Or be as regal as the queen, having someone tend to my tasks as I quietly sit with a cup of tea in the garden, uninhibited and unabashed at the peak of my exhaustive state as I listen to the birds chirp, and the trees softly rustle as the afternoon sun soaks my skin. But, such a dream is not so. A lottery ticket win of $2 has more favorable odds.

That $2 ticket could be your lucky break.
