Many of us no doubt believe in hardwork mentality: you work hard, you save and get rich. While there is nothing wrong with working so hard, the society--us--has failed to realise something critical: working hard in the wrong direction is futile. Many of us believe that to be successful you go to school, get a job and get rich and thus has been the cycle all year long. However, we fail to realise how lethal the cycle is.

In our present world, we have many Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers and tons of beautiful professionals of professions. But still, many of them are not rich or successful. Many live in debts, loans and other sick scheme all to feign comfortable. Our society is sick and we can not really make a difference being just part of the societal system. We need to stand out to make a difference. We need to change our perspective and widen our view about life. Let's take a look at the world's Billionaire of today, most of them are self educated. This never implies that they never attended a school--some were the brightest while some never had a chance. However, School or society pressure never mould their own thinking. They fought back and stay in control. The so called Professionals usually end up working for the Self Educated and spending their valuable time making them richer.

Hardwork is good if you work toward your own direction and your own course. Working hard is a major constituent of success but it greatly favours you if you do it for your own business. I am not advising you be an illiterate or simply go and quit your job. All I'm saying is that you must know that there is a great difference between education and mere schooling and you must get yourself educated. Do what you love and chase your own dreams. Never waste your time and energy making someone else successful, change your perspective and invest in your self.
