We are currently in a time filled with opportunities. Most of us have what we need to lead a happy life. However, this can sometimes create confusion as we navigate through our many choices.

While many focus on taking care of their bodies and minds through exercise, healthy eating, and perhaps meditation, we often forget to connect with our most valuable asset: our soul.

Frequently, we overlook our true feelings, desires, and needs because we concentrate so much on external factors and others' expectations. As a result, we may feel detached from our daily lives and lose sight of what genuinely makes us happy.

The Ipsos Global Happiness Survey 2020 shows a significant decline in reported happiness over the last ten years, with only 11% of nearly 20,000 participants in 27 countries claiming to be very happy. Overall, 48% stated they find their greatest happiness in feeling that their life has meaning.
