How to get rid of OVERTHINKING | Try to think practical | Must Read |

We are human and the human mind is made to think and understand something. Think is a good thing but over thinking is not good thing. The human brain runs faster than the air, it will take you from anywhere in the seconds. Thinking about practical things makes us sensible. but thinking too much about impractical things makes us feel confused.

He said this to me,he said that to me,he did that thing,he has money and power and i don't have. By thinking of all this,we spoil our mind. What others do or what others have or why have ,in that case we can not do anything. We should think about what we have and what should be. We start thinking more when ego happens inside us. Ego forced us to think,why me,why did this happen to me or a lot more. Ego forces you to think wrong. We started thinking too much. Instead of finding solutions of problems,we create more problems for ourselves.

Practical people always talk about the solutions and the impractical people will always talk about problems. *The thing is just easy that if there is a problem then find the solution. And if you don't have problems then be happy always.

When we were children ,we were happy even in the smallest thing because at that time our brain and heart is absolutely fresh and pure. We do not have much greed at that time. And the work of the world is to fill the straw in the mind of man. Then the person starts thinking about the pressure of study,parents,career,future and lot of other things.

Thinking more and thinking about useless things becomes a disease . And to overcome this disease you have to get rid of your ego and emotions. You have to become a child who finds pleasure in every little thing. Difficulties keep coming, but it is very important to be happy.
