#1 Trick to get the Best Deals Everywhere you go as a Consumer

If you are anything like me, you love getting a deal or the best deal. Most people don't know how to go about doing that, well i'm here to to help you out. With over a decade in the sales and service industry, one of which i currently work off commission sales only iv'e seen it all!

From humble beginnings making minimum wage to being a Manager then moving on to sales now making 6 figures a year in commission only, there has been one constant when dealing with customers. If you are nice and respectable, that minimum wage worker will go above and beyond to make sure your breakfast sandwich and coffee are made properly and quickly. Even giving a small tip goes along way for many people as most jobs in which you earn minimum wage you do not get benefits and live pay cheque to pay cheque. I remember always going above and beyond especially for customers who showed a little bit of compassion or generosity.

Taking that same mentality as a consumer myself looking at buying a TV or anything. I have found people will go out of the way to make sure you are getting the best deal or the best service just by doing the simplest thing by being friendly. Currently as a Sales Consultant i help people make very important decisions with their money, and try to always accommodate their best interests. A lot of my job in sales is just bringing down those defensive walls that many customers enter our building with.

This can be an enjoyable or frustrating process for both parties. Whereas someone who walks in knowing that we all have to work together to make sure "you" the customer gets looked after properly and receives the best service and "deals" often receives a painless and streamlined process. That is time efficient and the easiest on your wallet as well.

The mentality that everyone is trying to screw me, in many business is no longer valid. Many companies offer the same if not similar goods and are all competing for your business. What makes one business more successful then another one although they both offer all the same stuff is customer service. They want to treat you better and find better ways at accomplishing that, so be a good consumer and allow them to do so and everyone goes home happy.

With rating systems and reviews on google for example can be a good indication on how a business treats its consumers. Sometimes, those customers leaving those ratings might not be the most reliable source as they themselves were bad consumers and didn't allow the minimum wage worker do their job to the best of their ability therefore not meeting the consumers needs wholly.

TLDR: Be a good consumer, be friendly and respectful. Allow whoever is helping you at whichever business you are at to help you out to the best of their ability. You would be surprised how far someone will go to make sure you have had the best experience possible just because simply you were nice.
