Children and seat belts
A motorcycle just drove by me with a child on the back of it without a seatbelt this child had to be about 7-8 years old. The bike was not designed to have a child on the back of it if I was a cop I would have gave him a ticket but seriously is there a law for this?
Did the child have on a helmet? As that is all that is required by law for a minor. And motorcycles don't have seat belts by design, it would cut a rider in half in an accident.
