Motorcycle Theft is a Nightmare for Bikers

That is the most diturbing thing that can happen to biker. You came to your bike but its gone.

Only two days ago oneof my proffessors bike got stolen we are still lokking for to retrieve the bike but no luck so far.He even locked his bike to a allegedly safe parking lot with security 24/7. But yet still gone.

When your bike is gone that is a feeling nobody can describe. Because a bike is never just a bike. There is an emotional connection between a bike and the biker.When your bike is gone, that takes a part from you as well.

Thives uses all kind of types and reasons to steal a bike.

1.Unprofessional Local Thieves

Unprofessional. Yes there are people who does this as a professinal job. we well get there. These thieves stoles yoour bike rides around and when they bored they dump the bike somewhere and left. Mostly low profile criminals does this just for fun ad because this is the only hing they can do or only thing they know to do.

2.Thieves Who Have a Certain Reason To Steal the Bike

This type of thives are the mos common found in stolen bike cases. Mostly they steal the bike for taking a part the bike and sell the parts. They use different technics to steal the bike. this is a long topic so I will talk about this in a different post.

3.Motorcycle Mob

This type of thives dont just steal the bike and left. They work as a team and they have a system. when you leave your bike unattended and not locked securely. they spot the bike, in some cases they follow you and wait for you to left the bike for only a couple of minutes. It takes only that muck time for them to do what they do.

When the bike is unguarded they take the bike on to a pickup truck or little truck with a tent on the back so inside is not visible. They wait for you to come back. When you realise th bike is stolen and panic, someone approaches to you and tells they have your bike and you have phone call waiting. Other side of the phone there is a man you will nagotiate for your bike. They want some money from you to give your bike back. Safest way to get your bike is giving that money without nagotiating. When you give them the money they want your bike will return without any damage. They even uses sponge matresses to prevent scraches while the bike is in the truck. but if you nagotiate and push for it, you still get your bike but with some damage to the bike nearly the price that you nagotiated for.
