Hello all Educators,
Today I want to share you about the movie review. The movie that I review contains a lot of educational contents that teachers need to be a good teacher. The story of the movie is about a teacher who suffers Tourette Syndrome. I watched this movie when I was in third semester in university. My lecturer asked me to watch the movie and make a review of it as the fulfillment of the final assignment of Education Management Class. The movie is Front of the Class.

Front of the Class is an American film or more known as hollywood. The film was directed by Peter Werner, with a duration of 1 hour 38 minutes. Front of the Class was released on December 7, 2008 and has been awarded Movie guide Award in 2009.

Front of the Class is an adaptation of the true story experienced by Bradley Cohen, this film tells the story of an inspirational figure, a child with the tourette syndrome. Tourette syndrome is a neurological disorder in which the brain sends signals to the body to produce such strange sounds, such as an unbearable sneeze. Nevertheless, Brad always tried to fight the syndrome by continuing to try and never give up.

In his little family, he lives with his mother and younger brother. His father decided to divorce with his mother because he was reluctant to accept the disorder suffered by his son. Brad's father is a selfish and authoritarian figure. Unlike his father, Ms. Brad is a very patient and loving woman. He never hated Brad because of the disorder he suffered. So is Brad's brother, he is a good and obedient brother.

Brad Cohen underwent his education at an inclusive school, a school that accepts both normal and disabled children. As long as he spent his elementary school, he often received negative treatment from both his friends and teachers. Nevertheless Brad is never pessimistic, because the mother always accompany and motivate him.

The climax was when Brad was in junior high school, he also attended an inclusive school. The principal of the school Brad is very understanding of the disorder he suffered, until he was motivated to become a teacher, it is because he admired the principal.

How Tourette syndrome made me the teacher I never had -Brad Cohen-

This film contains the message that anyone has the same right to get education, as long as we still have the ability and desire. Besides, Brad also never give up and despair in reaching his goal to become a teacher.

I do agree with your insights about this movie. This is by far one of the best movies that I've recently watched! I highly recommend it to all parents who have adolescents and to mid-school teachers. Not going to write a spoiler here, but you will love the end as well. Here is where I've watched it: https://yesmovies.sx/ I have to admit that there are very few movies with high-quality content, this one, though, was beyond my expectations. The teacher is providing a vivid example of the serving leadership style!
