Your Name (Kimi no Na wa) and how love has no barriers.

Hello there, Jekwimz here.
Today I will talk about of one of the best movies of 2016. Directed by Makoto Shinkai.

1.- Plot

Have you ever felt that you are looking for something... or someone?
Well, that's something that Taki and Mitsuha two kids that one day started swapping bodies will feel.

Mitsuha, a country girl who hates her boring town life and always wanted to live in Tokyo will swap bodies with Taki a boy who lives in the big city. Starting to live the lives of each other, when they realize what's happening some rules were applied to protect each other's lifestyles even though they don't always play by the rules, leading to a lot of funny and the best moments in the movie.

The characters in this movies are not deep ones, but they don't need to be deep to emphasize with them because they are perfect exactly as they are, being simple teens sharing a weird phenomenon living their lives like it has always been.

They will get to know each other better than anyone leading them to make the bond that unites both of them stronger.

One day the swapping stopped, making Taki travel to Mitsuha's town to figure out what's wrong with her, leading this to one of the most heartbreaking revelations I've experienced in my life watching movies.

2.- Visuals

This movie gives us an fluid animation an beautiful drawings that had me hypnotized during all the movie, there's no frame that wasn't 10/10, the landscapes, the city, the characters, everything.

3.- Music

All of the Soundtrack was made by Radwimps

The music it's just perfect, it fits perfectly with the movie, I don't have anything else to say in this topic.

Final thoughts
Well, I've watched this movie 5 times and I cried 5 times, I love the characters, the music, Taki and Mitsuha relationship and how living each other's life created a bond between them that made Taki look for Mitsuha, the plot twist was amazingly written. The only thing that I can say is WATCH THIS MOVIE.
