In class or tea chat, sitting in the library or talk to Facebook messenger; These young people have got the prominence in everything. Started in 2011. At the initiative of the University's Media Studies and Journalism (MSJ) division, a group of students dreamed of 'doing something' about a movie. Zahid Gagan, a chief executive at the beginning of the cinemas, said, "We wanted something more than that kind of program that was done in a university club. From that thought, our teacher Mohammad Sajjad Hossain started a Film Prophets program. Later, when our children started to join MSG, our name is Cinemascope.
Now, there are 41 people in this organization (or a little more than the organization!) In the number of students participating in different departments. In every semester, the cinemusic members made a short film. They published a movie journal titled Cinepedia. Apart from this, there are discussions, workshops and various arrangements for films. The country's leading filmmakers, screenwriters, photographers have regularly organized workshops. Actor Afsana Mimi has conducted a workshop on acting.
From the cinemascope's current chief executive, Srabanti Suchandrama, it was revealed that earlier this year, the cinemusic was organized by the Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival. Where there were more than a hundred films from around 35 countries in the world. The cinemascope is currently working on creating a photo called 'Raihan'. Zahid said, Gagan also said that he wants to open a website called 'Sinsakul' soon.
After a long chat with cinemascope, while leaving ULAB campus, Srabanti Suchandrama handed over two copies of Synepiedia. The two pages seemed to turn upside down, they really used to eat movies, read movies, sleep in the movie!
