Ready Player One (2018) -- Movie Review #21

What's up guys? I'm back with another simple spoil free movie review as always. I ended up seeing this movie last Saturday, a day after it being released on Friday. I'll be honest, I'm totally bias when it comes to Steven Spielberg movies! I swear any movie with his name tied to it, go watch the film! If you haven't seen last years "The Post" go watch it! One thing, I love about Steven Spielberg movies is he knows how to tell a story! The storyline, soundtrack and graphics were amaze balls!

I'm getting a lot of mixed reviews on Ready Player One but I enjoyed every minute of it! If you're a gamer like me, you'll feel like you were completing missions along side, Wade Watts.

With all the game characters, game/movie references, easter eggs in the movie, you'll be looking to see who you recognize from games to Atari to MAME games, even PC games today! I guarantee if you like this movie, you'll go see it twice like I did just to absorb all the awesomeness! (Tell me when was the last time you seen money making products all in one screen? Give thanks to Steven Spielberg!) If I had to compare Ready Player One, it would be to James Cameron's Avatar. The storyline maybe different but it gave me the same feel from live-action to CGI! I would recommend seeing this movie with a group of gamers, you'll get different results with non-gamers! You'll thank me later! Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you guys at the movies!
