Moving to the USA

Hello! I hope you will help me with your advice. So, I want to move from Ukraine to the USA. I am 37 years old, have a higher education, did not sit in prison.
There are about 30,000 dollars in a bank account.

Tell me, which state is better to move to? How to do it officially? - First I want to come and look around on a tourist visa.
