Nothing but love and respect to Jaguar Muay Thai Sacramento and OUR instructor Josh Kretschmann! This man knows his craft very well and I can seriously say this is the place to be if you want to forge your body into a weapon or if you're looking for a fun training environment that will help encourage and motivate you to reach your fitness goals.
Josh Kretschmann is OUR head instructor with over 16 years experience in Muay Thai and Boxing. He was first introduced to the martial arts at the age of 7, when he studied Akido, which he continued for about 4 years. He wanted a little more contact, so he enrolled in Tae Kwon Do and studied it for 3 years under Robert Taberna. In 1997 he ran across a Muay Thai program being offered through a work associate who had been training with the instructor and encouraged him to attend one class. The instructor's name was Carlos Moreno, now Arjan Carlos Moreno. He fell in love with Muay Thai instantly, because it is so functional to real combat. The conditioning was challenging and the power that was involved blew his mind. That is where his Journey started and he has trained, competed, and is now instructing Muay Thai since 1999.
There is a ranking system offered at Jaguar Muay Thai, which allows every student to progress at a comfortable pace. He has also been a Personal Trainer since 1999 and has used that knowledge to develop a program that will not only cover the technical aspect of the training, but also cover a wider range of goals such as weight loss, overall conditioning, adaptation to previous injuries etc.
If any of you Steemians are near the Sacramento area stop in and try out a free week just tell them you seen this video and you want to learn some Muay Thai or Jiu Jitsu. You can also check out the facebook page in the link bellow. Peace and Prosperity to all the warriors on this quest!

Here is a picture of OUR instructor Josh and myself as he was getting me ready for one of my fights at 170lbs! I AM a Martial Artist who is Self-Sustained, Self-Sufficient and Self-Directed I know myself very well! This process took time and I am still learning and growing as a human being and a student on this warriors path to becoming a master of my crafts. To all the Young Warrior entrepreneurs, "Keep you're mind on the prize and watch for busters!" -2pac
