It’s time for prepping! I make these muffins super often because they’re easy to make, tasty and perfect for freezing for the coming week so I know I always have a go-to snack on hand! What are you guys making today?

It's great to come across someone who loves muffins so much that they have a top five list. A top five list for muffins is a pretty strong love of muffins. I don't even have a top three. But I do love a nice muffin. Unfortunately, I sometimes eat the tops only, because they are both crispy and moist. But really I can't afford to waste so much muffin, it's a terrible, terrible habit. But I've tried to stop. I can't!
