Anyone will lose weight if they ate 3 meals a day of 231 calories. Carbs aren't bad for you dude. Vegetables are about 80% carbs in and of themselves, and fruit is 90% carbs. Do you think the only way to make fruit and veggies healthy is to drown them in oil? Become vegan. Please watch forks over knives.

You've misrepresented a bit of what I do. First, I never advocated eating three meals a day of 231 calories; that's way below just about anyone's BMR, which would simply cause your metabolism to slow down. Next, it's a vast misrepresentation to say that all vegetables are 80% carbs. Further, "drown in oil" is not an accurate representation of how I cooked those vegetables, nor did I even attempt to cook fruit, let alone "drown them" in oil. If you're so confident of your point of view, why must you misrepresent mine? As for the "carbs aren't bad for you," you'd be guilty once again of misrepresentation; some carbs are indeed bad for at least some people. For instance, diabetics must be careful of carbs, as must those being treated for some brain disorders via a low-carb diet. Pure sugar is much worse for you than honey. If you're going to disagree with me, please do the courtesy of doing it with facts, instead of some vague, predetermined bias.

If you believe "For instance, diabetics must be careful of carbs" you have been brainwashed severely. Check out Robby the Mindful Diabetic on Youtube. He eats high carb-low fat raw vegan diet which consists of probably 90% fruit. He also has a 100% rate of reversing type 2 diabetes with people who go to his diabetes camps by feeding them a low fat whole food plant based vegan diet. Also check out all of nutritionfacts.org on youtube and watch all his videos on diabetes. Please check out those two resources.

I watched the damn video, you drowned the veggies in oil.

One pound of vegetables with two TBSP of oil is "drowning"? To drown means to submerge; they aren't submerged and therefore aren't "drowned." Please look up the meaning of words before using them.

I promise I don't hold any grudges; it's easy to get heated when you're passionate about something. At least you care about nutrition--most people don't give it a second thought. For years, I was guilty of the same thing. Thanks for the apology.

Hello under @carbeducate I want to apologize. I'm sorry. Good luck on your health journey. Please check out https://nutritionfacts.org/

LOL become vegan.
