Mumbai school closed, 'heavy rainfall'

Mumbai was introduced to Red Alert, his latest September testimony, with "high precipitation" projections for Thursday. On Thursday, the state government announced that holiday would be a precautionary measure in advance of heavy rains for schools and junior colleges in Mumbai, Than and Konkan.
