Chanterelle Mushrooms
Chanterelle mushrooms, which are the most sought-after mushrooms in Estonia, they can be found here in the forests as lot. Especially when here are rainy summers, then it is possible to harvest them in large quantities and even store a lot in the freezer for the winter, or put them in a jar.
