There is something about waking up early. Waking up with the birds, with the first sounds of the day. If we pay attention if we make an active listening, something magical happens. The day starts like an orchestra starts to play/rehearsal a musical piece. The instruments are tuned. The first notes are shy, or they're out alone. After a while, the first sounds begin to play smoothly, one after another. There is rhythm, pauses, sounds talking to each other. Some sounds play together in small sections, others are part of a big picture.

The magic happens when we although active listening, stop concentrating on single sounds or sections. The same way we look at a 3D image, the full orchestral sound jumps out and we listen to a big mass of energy.
When I wake up very early and attune myself to the crack of dawn, a peaceful feeling permeates my being. I rest in a quiet spot, where everything, even if I can’t explain or understand, is in the right place. After this immersion, I celebrate life with a healthy dose of good music!
