Music On The Go! - A Short Mini-Project, Part 1
My family and I are heading down to Blacksburg, Virginia to visit my brother's new apartment for when he goes to college at Virginia Tech. Eventually, on the way back home, we'll be leaving my brother on his own for the next semester as he prepares for his sophomore semester. This is the perfect time to try out an experiment that I've been thinking of doing for a while.
This project is called "Music On The Go". For the next week or so, I'll be posting an article that will contain photos and/or videos of me playing music or conducting to various types of instrumental compositions ON THE ROAD. Whether it's at a gas station, rest stop, or a local neighborhood, I want to bring the music to those who are on the road and don't have time to hear good music literature.
Hopefully, I'll be able to commit to this daily posting. The hotels we're staying at and my brother's apartment should have good wifi. The music I'll be playing are various orchestral trumpet excerpts and trumpet parts from classical music.
The music I'll be conducting are various different forms of music. From concert band literature, to parts of orchestral compositions, and more.
So I hope you'll stay with me on this awesome journey!
Thanks for reading and listening! If you like what you hear and see, please let me know in the comments below! Also, please upvote if you like it! I'm currently using the steemit platform as a side-way to making money for my college expenses! Thank you so much!
