It looks like a reflection on the water of a serene and tranquil environment. Then there is the sound of a poorly lubricated intergalactic spaceship hovering in place but not even making the water ripple.
How did you ever get that with your camera?
Great description, lol. The sound definitely has a ufo-ish quality about it.
