Music Heart: Dream

Hi Everyone,

Have you ever wanted to play an instrument, but thought that you were too old to learn it? Or that you could never learn it, because it’s too difficult? Well what let you to follow your heart?!!!!

One you’re never too old to learn something new. Two learning new thing increases your world. Three never ever, ever let someone hold you back, because you will regret it.!

When I was a child I always loved the violin and really wanted to play it too. Most people I knew where not so supportive. They said it was too difficult for me and that I just should give up on this dream. A few years ago I stopped following my dream, but something inside of me changed. I became stronger in believing in myself and my dreams. After my foot operation things started to get destroyed one after another. I couldn’t do much and I had to give up a lot. That destroyed a part of who I was. I got stuck in a negative circle. I needed to do something to relieve my stress. I don’t know how it came that I started to talk about learning the violin, but it happened. I looked for I violin and where I could get lessons and just like that I started to follow my heart and my dream. My family is very supported. They believe in me and that gives me the confident that I needed.

If I look at myself and think that I just started to play the violin and I’m already playing songs. I never ever thought that I could do that in just 5 months. I’m practicing every day to be able to play at the wedding of my parents.
So my advice would be simple. Follow your heart and your dreams. Never give up. Even when things seem to get all wrong. Believe me life is not easy and things come with some struggle. It’s how you deal with those battles and how you believe in yourself.
