I'm sure it was New Zealand, years ago a friend told me weed was legalized there. But maybe he was the one who mixed it up. Anyway, Spain is a terrific country too, I lived 6 full months in Barcelona, the official capital city of partying and studying at the same time (most exchange students there), and that was the best experience of my life so far ! I had to do an internship in astrophysics for my master's degree; anyway, I'm dreaming of returning there soon but this time as a successful DJ ! I know my dreams are set very high but who knows, if I have one chance to achieve it I will take it ! :D
