There is no drama my friend! I am only verifying what many on Steemit already know... that the major music promo sites want OUR $$$! They do not like to see us get thousands of downloads while there supposed big names artists struggle to do the same stats.
They see us getting the exposure without putting the $$$ in there pockets.
It is just another one of the many reasons why Steemit reigns supreme for the selfmade :)
