Interesting :) When connecting through digital media like this, isn't everything kinda artificial?

Yeah, the medium may be artificial when we connect through digital media, but that doesn't mean the meaning through our connection has to be artificial.
I mean that with the definition of artificial bending towards "fake" rather than "human-made", as meaning is artificial in the sense that it is human made via our cognition and our relation to the agent-arena complex. And the meaning we generate/create needs truth (not fakery) behind it.
Such as the fake/artifical meaning the TV spews in creating bent and twisted reality, far removed from truth, convoluting our meaning making apparatus, leaving us feeling lost in some sort of clown world.

You gave some good points. I have the feeling a large part of society likes the artificial worlds we live in.
