Food Not Bombs

Dear Yangonites! Every Friday Food Not Bombs Yangon meets around 5 pm in an apartment downtown to cook up to 70 portions of rice topped with vegetables and tofu. We go out on the streets at around 8 pm and distribute it to people living there. Afterwards we meet up with street kids to play with them, make some music and fun. Since a few weeks we run a street school at Sule Pagoda Road every Friday evening, where we teach English to the kids. Please come and join us for our Friday evening actions! Cooking starts around 5 pm, delivery around 8 pm, afterwards we meet our street school at around 9 pm. All this work is done on voluntary basis and founded by donations.
