Music great way of therapy and psychological refreshment
As we all no stress effects the our health, For example hair loss, weight gain/loss, low self esteem, lack of motivation.
We all experience these things, I myself dealt with stress after graduating from college as i start to notice the hard work i put in as a student athlete didn't pay off when it came to looking for a job.
I begin listening to music in my room, just me, the pitch darkness, and my phone and begin to go through multiple playlist new school and old school. I start to notice less excessive brain activity and more focused on the message of my music. I realize i was at ease that some how i relate to these artist and they also found a way to persevere.
