it is a fun, and not too hard project. especially a ukulele is manageable. a guitar is ofcourse a bigger bite but not undoable i would say. I know I am already considering what my next string instrument should be
A guy at our pub sessions makes some interesting instruments. He made a sort of slide guitar. That's fairly simple.
