Pusha T Releases “DAYTONA” With A Drake Diss & He Responds
Pusha T’s album DAYTONA dropped last Friday. The album’s cover art depicts a picture of Whitney Houston’s bathroom, which cost Kanye West $85,000 to license and thoroughly displeased Houston’s cousin. The album, meanwhile, was met with high-praise and was called a “Modern day masterpiece” by Diddy and crowned a classic by Nas.
What Do you think about it?
The seven-track project also included a track titled “Infrared,” which takes shots at Drake and Birdman, causing Drizzy to take a break from recording Scorpion so he could respond properly with “Duppy Freestyle.”

Drake responded within 24 hours, dropping “Duppy Freestyle” on SoundCloud. The song, which opens with a forlorn sigh, fires back with shots of its own, calling out Pusha-T’s credentials and cuts deep about the nature of Kanye West’s relationship with Virgil Abloh.

So what are your thoughts on the new beef? Did Pusha T come at Drake Wrong? Was Drakes rebuttal hot or not?
Honestly, When it comes to Drake I feel like he is untouchable. He is a Commercial Superstar and everything he puts out is commercial sounding. So both songs went in... but drake making more money of his track so he wins.
Thanks for sharing. I haven't checked out this new album yet but I'll be sure to check it out soon. It looks pretty cool at first glance.
