Loop Pedal Experiments

I love to jam with myself. A few years back I got a wonderfully affordable loop-pedal and started brainstorming sounds based on the style loops tend to promote: very texturized and layered music. These are some of the fruits of my experiments; songs I will most likely record someday. Please enjoy!

All these tracks are in a minor key. This first track has the most standard rock feel. This time of my life was surrounded by bands like Yes, Mars Volta, and King Crimson. The prog phase.

Here we see Mars Volta reigning over the other influences. I really dig the tempo.

Now we slow it down, keep it dark, and add some ambient guitar sounds.

P.S. I'm using the TC Electronic Flashback pedal, and a Les Paul Standard body and a small Vox tube amp.
