This is my E Song for "Music Challenge - 7 Favorite Songs" by @kona

It's one of the most wicked songs I've heard, but the solo guitar is so sad and good that I keep listening to it, especially late at night.

Rumor has it that guitarist Eddie Hazel is under influence of LSD. I will not be surprised if it's true because the song is dreamy and out of this world.

@kimxinfo 說我音樂風格獨特, 我是覺得目前的歌單都算正常呀. 今天想分享的這首Funkadelic的"Maggot Brain"可能是我喜歡的歌裡面前三怪了.

如果說要怎麼形容這首歌, 我想大概就像"十根指甲劃過黑板"的感覺. 但是他吉他彈的好揪心, 好像要把人的靈魂勾走, 讓我不停的回來聽他. (是的, 這也是深夜孤單酒歌)

網上流傳的趣聞是吉他手Eddie Hazel在錄這首歌時, 有受迷幻藥的影響. 主唱要他想像喪失親人之痛. 所以整首有時夢幻, 有時糾結. 後來其他團員看他已進入了這麼超凡的境界, 慢慢的把自己的樂器消音, 變成整首幾乎都是Eddie Hazel的獨奏.
