I'm not associated with musing in anyway, so I don't know any inside information. What I do know is, musing, along with a few other dApps, had their sizable delegation from Steemit Inc. removed sometime Saturday.
When that happened, it dropped the voting power down to around 6% when I saw it, making their upvotes, even at 20%, less than $0.01.
So, that reason, in and of itself, is influencing why there's been no upvotes at this point.
Before this happened, musing was behind in their upvoting through the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Instead of being 24 hours out, they went up to 2-3 days out. Now, upvoting has all but stopped while the voting power regenerates. Currently, it's sitting at 38.68%.
Other than recognizing that their delegation was removed, there has been no other word I've seen as to what might be going on. Apparently there is some speculation as to what might be going on, with some people thinking they know more than what they feel at liberty to say, but that doesn't really amount to much, does it?
So, in the meantime, I think we're in wait and see mode as far as what musing will do from here. It would be nice to have some kind of statement, once they can figure out what's going on with the delegation they had. The last I've seen the CEO of musing was going to contact Steemit Inc and see what was going on with the delegation.
There are many people here who question and answer in the hope of upvote. But @musing has not been upvote for a few days regularly. This left many people to comment. So I asked.

First of all thanks for interest. Love this answer. Especially this part "Looking in the mirror and wondering who I am, and knowing that you don't belong anywhere, that your roots are in the earth and the branches in the air, that like a leafy tree beneath you are sheltered and can eat your fruits, is to have the essence of an artist. You differ from the others, because more than looking, listening, you feel, you suffer. The artist's skin is fragile to injustice, but he knows that with his art he can win battles and express himself."

It's all guess work until an official announcement is released. Your guess is as good as mine.
