The first example of a Good project as an investment opportunity, is the current platform we are exchanging our views on, i.e. musings.io
My second choice is hede.io, they plan to replicate wikipedia on steem however their website is still in a mess.
Steemhunt is a very good project you may look into it as well.
Sia Coin, Golem are some other projects i find interesting.
Also check fundition.io a lot of good projects are listed on it you can invest in them if you like the idea.
