Does any one have an Hp 360 lap top And my intro

Hey guys so I'm working on my new blog with steemit and one thing I would really like to do is a talk-to-text does anybody know of if this is possible and if so can they please explain it to me. This is the beginning of my blog where I'll talk about several different things that either are important to me or are just on my mind couple things about me my name is David I'm married with 4 Kids and I've never done a Blog before I'm a business owner who works hard and has taken an interest to cryptocurrencies talking to text would really make this a lot easier.
