Fine Dining - Show Us Your California

Hi friends,

this post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California contest hosted by @socalsteemit where we share an aspect of our California.

There are many great restaurants in California with a wide variety of foods, especially thanks to California’s diverse culture. I got to enjoy some fine dining the other day at the invitation of a friend to their country club, where I had a delicious prime rib dinner - good food is a real treat and eating out can get pricey, so it’s always special to have a great meal!

Prime rib is one of my favorite things to eat, and I enjoy it with creamy horseradish sauce and au ju dipping sauce… Delicious!

I enjoy my prime rib cooked medium rare, how about you?
