#introduceyourself: A piece of me & my first post!

Hello everyone

My name is Tadej and i am new here, so let me introduce myself a bit.

I come from Slovenia – you´ve probably heard about this small EU country already, as it becomes more and more recognizable worldwide. Let me shotren: Green, active and healthy is a country moto.
Firstly let me talk more about me, my personality and hobbies. I am a kind of those people who want to try everything they see, which results in half-performed work. Ok, acctualy is not so terrible, but the fact is, that i am interesting in a lot of stuff and often have problems with calming down and relaxing. I have to work on it! 😊
I am a musician playing drums (or percussion), piano, accoridian and familiar with the basic guitar grips. Participation in the Wind orchestra and creating and playing music in my own SKA– ROCK band named The T´ Kap (Check on You Tube) gives me an extraordinary passion! ! Beside this, i am an active caver, namely in the Slovnian westeren part, called ˝Kras˝, where i live, these phenomena are common.

Sport?! Walking, gymnastics and cycling around the nature is my very important passion to. The healthy lifestyle has always been close to me, since we´ve had a herbal farm producing natural and alternative medicines in my hometown.

And what about my profession? If someone would say to introduce myself in one word, I could say I am a tourist/traveler! Why? Ever since i´ve remembered, I like to be in touch with people. That was probably the key reason for the decision made, to enroll at the Faculty for tourism studies, where I am currently completing my master's degree. My temporary residence is located in an amazing coastal city called Portorož (In Slovenia – around 1 hour away from my permanent residence).

I love traveling around the world (my next destination is Srilanka in February), getting to know new people, cultures, work of tourist guide (i am licensed) and much more!

And now. Let me describe yesterday's event happened in Slovenian capital - Ljubljana.

As i ´ve already mentioned before, we are dealing with herbs and it´s products (herbal tees, ointments, hydrolytes, ethereal oil, liqueurs, spirits and much more) in our familly business, branded ˝Zeliščna kmetija Rogelja˝. Since our work and brand visibility has progressed, hosting at various trade shows, fairs and promotional campaigns became a frequent domain, both at national and international level. So yesterday we were at one, actually at the largest one, when it comes to tourism in Slovenia. It´s called Natour Alpe – Adria trade show. All kind of non - profit tourism organisations, associations, companies, individual providers from all over Slovenia presented their products at one place ˝Gospodarsko razstavišče˝ in the middle of our capital – Ljubljana. The atmosphere was great! Participation in such an event offers enormous opportunities for new connections, contacts and acquaintances.
