How to Transact UFR (and other ERC-20 Tokens) from MyEtherWallet with Ledger Nano S

I wanted to give a step by step guide on how to send Upfiring tokens to and from MyEtherWallet. I purchased a small amount a few months ago and as apart of my HODL'ing plan I figured I'd store them on my Ledger Nano S. Since Upfiring currently doesn't have a guide on how to store their token on a personal device (probably because they're building out their wallet and would prefer you to store them on their platform) I figured this post was relevant.

If you already have a gist of how MyEtherWallet works you can start here: https://www.myetherwallet.com/#send-transaction. Otherwise go to the homepage - https://www.myetherwallet.com/ and read through their introduction to the website. It basically informs you that MyEtherWallet is not a bank. Then click on the "Send Ether & Tokens". Select Ledger Nano S as the device desired to connect to.

Pull out your Ledger Nano S and plug in to your computer. Unlock and navigate to the Ethereum application on your Ledger Nano S. Enable "Browser Support" by selecting "Yes"- this is what allows MyEtherWallet to communicate with your Ledger Nano S. You'll want to turn off Browser Support when trying to connect to your desktop Ethereum app.

Click Connect to Ledger Wallet and you'll see your available list of addresses which should look something like this:

You can send both ether and your Upfiring or any custom ERC-20 token to one of the addresses. You'll want to send Ether to this address in addition to your custom token because when its time for you to cash out your gains by sending to an exchange the transaction fee is charged in Ether's Gas which requires you to have some ether in your account otherwise you won't be able to send it out of your wallet. I tried testing sending UFR to and from my wallet and realized that I needed ether in my account as well. It would suck if your coins got stuck in your address while there's a big spike in your asset. So to hopefully prevent that from happening with those of you out there I wrote this post.
