[ESP/ENG] Conozcámonos, ahora en HIVE / Getting to know us, now on HIVE

Once again, @anomadsoul with his cool challenges to get to know eachother now here on HIVE.
It make sense, not because there's a new community, because we're all pretty much the same than before in the now called 'dark side', but, do the current users of the 'blog-chain' really know you? Do you really know them? How long since you introduced yourself to your newer supporters or updated your old friends with a little of your life?

In this post we are going to mash up two topics, our introduccion to the community and the origin of our username, right here, and right now, because double posting is not that fun.

Tiene sentido, no porque haya una nueva comunidad, porque todos somos casi iguales que antes en el ahora llamado "lado oscuro", pero, ¿los actuales usuarios de la "blog-chain" realmente te conocen? ¿Realmente los conoces tu a ellos? ¿Cuánto hace que no te presentas a tus nuevos seguidores o actualizas a tus viejos amigos con un poco de tu vida?
Este es el Challenge Post que en realidad está patrocinado por @blocktrades y @ocd, así que, si estás leyendo esto es mejor que lo intentes también, ¡no podemos esperar a conocerte!
En este post hablaremos de dos temas, nuestra introduccion a la comunidad y del origen de nuestro nombre de usuario, en dos idiomas, justo aqui y justo ahora, porque postear doble no sería tan divertido.
Behind @themonkeyzuelans there are two people, in fact we are a couple, our real names are Victoria Olivares and William Fuenmayor.
We are both Venezuelans, we are a couple and we saw each other the first time in 2011 when we met doing Slackline (sport that we will talk about later), since then we have shared a lot of experiences together, from climbing to the top of the Tepuy Roraima, to long hours of work in the office. We are always moving, we never stop, we get bored easily and that makes us always being looking for a new adventure, or a new story ... But this is not a love story. Let's talk about what you will see around here.
Let's split the thing up:
Detrás de @themonkeyzuelans hay dos personas, de hecho somos una pareja, nuestros nombres reales son Victoria Olivares y William Fuenmayor.
Ambos somos Venezolanos, somos pareja y nos conocimos en 2011 cuando coincidimos practicando Slackline (deporte del que hablaremos luego), desde entonces hemos compartido un montón de experiencias juntos, desde subir a la cima del Tepuy Roraima, hasta largas horas de trabajo. Siempre estamos en actividad, nunca paramos, nos aburrimos con facilidad y eso hace que siempre estemos en la búsqueda de una nueva aventura, o una nueva historia... Pero este no es un relato de amor. Hablemos de que verán por acá.
Vamos a dividir la cosa:
Victoria - I'm Graphic Designer, Pole Dance instructor, Make Up Artist and Sous-chef. I love pets, I am always comfortable with pizza and sushi. I practice Slackline and any activity that helps me to be in shape, I can watch series for unlimited hours, I like to work in big projects and be productive but everything has a limit, unless it is on the beach where the hours of pleasure are unlimited.
Victoria - Soy diseñadora gráfica, instructora de Pole Dance, maquilladora y sous-chef. Me encantan las mascotas, siempre me siento cómoda con pizza y sushi. Practico Slackline y cualquier actividad que me ayude a estar en forma, puedo ver series durante horas ilimitadas, me gusta trabajar en grandes proyectos y ser productiva pero todo tiene un límite, a menos que sea en la playa donde las horas de placer son ilimitadas.
William - I am an architect by profession, Sous-Chef, Illustrator, Graphic Designer and Photographer by vocation (I could have said "frustrated" in some, but bad vibrations are not my thing). I used to do Slackline as an international professional athlete but I've grown old, that led me to meet a lot of people, different cultures and several places in the world. In short, I love to create and exploit my creativity, I enjoy cooking and eating too much of course, and otherwise all my interests are involved around the above activities.
William - Soy arquitecto de profesión, Sous-Chef, Ilustrador, Diseñador Gráfico y Fotógrafo por vocación (podría haber dicho "frustrado" en algunos, pero las malas vibraciones no son lo mío). Solía hacer Slackline como un atleta profesional internacional pero ya he envejecido, eso me llevó a conocer a mucha gente, diferentes culturas y varios lugares del mundo. En resumen, amo crear y explotar mi creatividad, disfruto demasiado cocinar y comer por supuesto, y de resto todos mis intereses giran en torno a las actividades mencionadas.

If we're from Venezuela and we speak Spanish...
Why is it in English?
First, why not? We decided to use our username in English because the vast majority of the users of the 'blog-chain' are English speakers or at least understand it, so we wanted to expand our options beforehand because from the beginning we had in mind to share content in English and Spanish/Castellano, even though our English is not 100% perfect we are always practicing and willing to keep improving it, well, it's no big deal, our Spanish is not perfect either.
We designed the username (yes, those things are "designed" too) so that it wouldn't be a problem to pronounce it in both languages. Even if it is read in English or Spanish, it will always sound relatively the same depending on the phonetics of the word in both languages. This guarantees that no matter what language it is pronounced in, it will always be the same. We learned and put this concept into practice when we were devising the name of our Creative Agency that follows the same principles, Multitaskers.

¿Por qué está en Inglés?
Primero, ¿por qué no? Decidimos usar nuestro nombre de usuario en inglés porque la gran mayoría de los usuarios de la 'cadena de blogs' son angloparlantes o al menos lo entienden, así que quisimos ampliar nuestras opciones de antemano porque desde el principio tuvimos en mente compartir el contenido en inglés y español/castellano, aunque nuestro inglés no es 100% perfecto siempre estamos practicando y dispuestos a seguir mejorándolo, bueno, no es gran cosa, nuestro español tampoco es perfecto.
Diseñamos el nombre de usuario (sí, esas cosas también están "diseñadas") para que no fuera un problema pronunciarlo en ambos idiomas. Incluso si se lee en inglés o en español, siempre sonará relativamente igual dependiendo de la fonética de la palabra en ambos idiomas. Esto garantiza que no importa en qué idioma se pronuncie, siempre será el mismo. Aprendimos y pusimos en práctica este concepto cuando ideamos el nombre de nuestra Agencia Creativa que sigue los mismos principios, Multitaskers.
Grammatical Composition
THE: The article in English, in Spanish means "el, la, los, las", in our case it would be "los", which is a pluralarticle in Spanish, because as we have already mentioned we are actively two people behind the account.
MONKEY: It is "mono" in Spanish, it reflects our restlessness and hyperactivity, the hunger for knowledge and discovery and it reminds us that we are always in constant evolution.
ZUELANS: Subjective extracted from Venezuelans, in Spanish it is "Venezolanos" (which is our country's idiosyncrasy). It exposes our nationality and patriotism, independently of the situation that our country is going through, we are totally aware that these beautiful and rich lands have hundreds of millions of things to offer us and the rest of the world population, even if the years pass by and everything changes for better or worse, this will always be the country where we were born, where we grew up, where we formed and where we became who we are today, none of that will ever change, not even when we may be very far away tomorrow.
Grammatical Composition
THE: El artículo en ingles "the", en español significa "el, la, los, las", en nuestro caso sería "los" porque como ya mecionamos somos activamente dos personas detrás de la cuenta.
MONKEY: Significa "mono" en español, refleja nuestra inquietud e hiperactividad, el hambre de conocimientos y descubrimiento, además de que nos recuerda que siempre estamos en constante evolución.
ZUELANS: Subjetivo extraído de Venezuelans (Venezolanos), el mismo, expone nuestra nacionalidad y patriotismo, independientemente de la situación que atraviesa nuestro país, estamos totalmente conscientes de que estas hermosas y ricas tierras tienen cientos de millones de cosas que brindarnos, aunque pasen los años y todo cambie para bien o para mal, este siempre será el país donde nacimos, donde crecimos, donde nos formamos y donde nos convertimos en quienes somos hoy en día, nada de eso no cambiará jamas ni siquiera cuando quizás estemos muy lejos el día de mañana.
Anecdotes
When we got in the Steem Community two years ago, we didn't obey the first, only, and most important rule. Do you know what we're talking about?... Right! DO NOT LOSE THE PASSWORD, and... We lost it. The first account we opened was @monkeyzuelans and after 5 minutes it was no longer in our hands, it turns out that (like many others), we copied the key to paste it in a "safe place" (that's a lie) but we ended up distracted with a lot of tabs opened, updating the profile picture and the whole thing, then we realized that we had copied other stuffs and that the master key was lost in the clipboard of the computer and never was recovered. From that error, we learned, that means we downloaded a software that keeps the clipboard history of the items you copy to your computer, it will never happen again.
We designed our logo ourselves, according to our username was not difficult to know how it would look from the beginning. But just a monkey waving a flag was not "we" enough. The monkey in the logo is making the hang loose signal (shaka sign) with his hand, it is a typical greeting gesture that is usually associated with the surf culture, it can also be understood as a sign of relaxation reflecting that everything is fine.
People love to play with us. We use to spend a lot of time in Discord and we mostly speak in plural 🙄. The reality is that our account is open on several devices (practically all of them), that gives us the opportunity that if there is something to check out if one of us doesn't see it from one device, the other one could see it from other device, but always before taking action we ask ourselves "did you see such a thing? Do I answer or do you?". However, most of the time we are right next to each other, intervening from the most elaborated post, to the simplest comment, through the selection of photos, editing, content generation, revision of writing errors, or simply exposing ideas and reading posts from here to there throughout our active chain days.
We always remember one of our first contacts with @underground on Discord when he asked:

Anecdotas
Cuando entramos en la Comunidad Steem hace dos años, no obedecimos la primera, única y más importante regla. ¿Sabes de qué estamos hablando?... ¡Claro! NO PIERDAS LA CONTRASEÑA, y... La perdimos. La primera cuenta que abrimos fue @monkeyzuelans y después de 5 minutos ya no estaba en nuestras manos, resulta que (como muchos otros), copiamos la clave para pegarla en un "lugar seguro" (eso es mentira) pero terminamos distraídos con un montón de pestañas abiertas, actualizando la foto de perfil y todo el asunto, entonces nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos copiado otras cosas y que la clave maestra se perdió en el portapapeles del ordenador y nunca se recuperó. De ese error, aprendimos, que significa que descargamos un software que guarda el historial del portapapeles de los elementos que se copian a la computadora, no volverá a suceder.
Diseñamos nuestro logo nosotros mismos, según nuestro nombre de usuario no fue difícil saber cómo se vería desde el principio. Pero no bastaba con un mono agitando una bandera. El mono en el logo hace la señal de "hang loose" (señal shaka) con su mano, es un típico gesto de saludo que suele asociarse con la cultura del surf, también puede entenderse como una señal de relajación que refleja que todo está bien.
A la gente le encanta jugar con nosotros. Solíamos pasar mucho tiempo en canales de Discord y la mayoría de las veces hablamos en plural 🙄. La realidad es que nuestra cuenta está abierta en varios dispositivos (prácticamente todos), eso nos da la oportunidad de que si hay algo interesante o importante que ver, si uno de nosotros no lo ve desde un dispositivo, el otro lo podría ver desde otro dispositivo, pero siempre antes de tomar acciones nos preguntamos "¿viste tal cosa? ¿Respondo yo o lo haces tú?". Sin embargo, la mayoría de las veces estamos uno al lado del otro, interviniendo desde el post más elaborado, hasta el comentario más simple, pasando por la selección de fotos, la edición, la generación de contenidos, la revisión de errores de escritura, o simplemente exponiendo ideas y leyendo posts de aquí para allá a lo largo de nuestros días activos en cadena.
