Find "space" microbes on the surface of the ISS
Hello my friends This is my first post on the steemit I wish you success and help me to join you
International Space Station NASA
Scientists on the outer surface of the International Space Station found strange microbes that came from faraway space.
"These microbes are now being studied on the ground and are not likely to pose any danger to humans," Russian astronaut Anton Shakapelirov, who is currently in the station, told the Russian TASS news agency on Nov. 27.

"During their exit from the station, Russian astronauts used cotton tissue to take samples from their outer surface, especially in their dark section and in the places where wastes from fuel exhausts were accumulated, and then sent them to the ground for study," he said.
"Now it turns out that the cotton included microbes that did not come there while operating the Russian unit of the International Space Station, meaning that they came from somewhere in space and most likely from distant space to live on the surface of the outer station. It does not seem to pose any danger to humans. "
The Russian astronaut said there were also a number of ground microbes able to survive, although over the course of 3 years, they experienced temperature fluctuations from 150 degrees below zero to 150 degrees above zero.
He explained that these bacteria were transferred from the ground coincidentally on the surface of the devices that are placed on the outside of the station to study the resistance of some of their materials to the effects of outer space.
