RE: Herbs for the Womb : Mystery Angelica - Can You ID It?

Oh, how good of you to show us what it looks like. I was just reading about angelica, from a book called Sacred Plant Medicine, by Buhner. The book mentioned angelica as one of the four primary medicinal plants, correlating with the four directions (in Native American culture), and angelica was associated with the East - old age, white buffalo, sage wisdom, etc. I haven't seen it first-hand until you showed us here, so thanks.

For safety, I just want to say that there's a slight similarity in appearance to western hemlock (the most poisonous plant in North America), so it feels important to mention here. I know hemlock from a book project I was researching. It's very different to angelica, of course, although there's a similar bunching of the white flowers.
