Good write up and an enlightening one. It thus seems that a lot of people might be hiding their HSP behind being an 'introvert' unknowingly. I would have loved you to explain more on HSP being a form of survival strategy. If it is a form of survival in the environment, is it inheritable?

    I dont know enough about it, but if it is genetic .. innate... then I imagine it would be inherited! Since i have posted this a lot of people came forth and said they too have it. Im wondering if we are attracted to online social media because we have less stimuli here!

    I have been thinking about it being a survival strategy.. like an early warning system for tribe. The irony is that now sensitivity is dismissed as irrational when SPS sugests theres a firm reason for it.
