OOOH, we love adaptogen herbs!! I was listening to a podcast about rhodiola the other day, and they said, 'if you were a viking who was in a leaky boat lost in stormy seas miles from home, rhodiola is your herb'. We've had lots of conversations about good herbs for stress, and perhaps next week we'll take your advice and do an 'adaptogen' challenge? :)

I'm currently using Peruan Maca powder ... There are Rhodiola Rhosea in tablets here. I am thinking of buying it as well as Ashwaganda and Ginseng hmmmm ??? I'm in doubt...
